Beach NT 700 is a relatively straight, north-facing, 4.1 km long, near continuous sand beach with a few low tide rock patches toward the eastern end and a solitary small creek crossing toward the western end. The beach is backed by a few grassy beach-foredune ridges, and fronted by a continuous attached bar, with a permanent rip exiting a small partly protected ‘lagoon’ against the western small rocky point.
