Camerons Beach (NT 148) provides a break in the mangroves. The beach is approximately 1 km long, varying in length depending on migrating sand shoals and presence of mangroves. It is accessible via a vehicle track from the backing radio tower facilities. The ‘beach’ is essentially a low beach ridge, fronted by 500 m wide sand to mud flats and fringed by mangroves.
