Beach NT 402 is the northern part of a barrier system that has partly infilled a 1 km wide drowned valley, now occupied by a largely infilled 50 ha estuary. The beach begins amongst the rocks on the southern side of its northern neighbour. As the rocks give way a 200 m wide densely vegetated beach-foredune ridge plain backs the beach, with some minor dune activity on the outer foredune.
Beach Length: 1km
