Beach NT 520, a crenulate 400 m long low energy recurved spit that represents the terminus of sand movement into the northern part of the bay. The beach is backed by a series of recurved spits separated by dense mangroves, with mangroves extending south along the shores of the bay for 1 km to a tidal creek mouth.
