Beaches NT 876, NT 877 and NT 878 are three neighbouring east-facing beaches located on the northern side of the Habgood River mouth. They are 700 m, 250 m and 900 m long respectively, and are all backed by low wooded coastal plain and fronted by 200 m wide intertidal rock flats, with mangroves growing toward the northern ends of the latter two beaches. The beaches face across the 6 km wide mouths of the Habgood, Baralminar and Gobalpa rivers.
