A low rocky point forms the southern boundary of the beach, on the southern side of which is the curving 300 m long beach NT 1031. This beach occupies a small valley, with rocks and reefs protruding out either end, and sandier conditions in the centre. A gravel road runs out to the northern point, with some farmland located behind the beach
