Back Beach (WA 1669) extends from the 100 m wide Four Mile Creek for 7.8 km to the northeast to 20 m high Beadon Point. This is a slightly more exposed and higher energy beach with a moderately steep beach face fronted by a 50 m wide low tide bar. A sealed road from Onslow provides access to a car park and shelter at the northern end, which marks the main swimming area, while a gravel road runs down to the creek mouth at the southern end. The beach is backed by a 600 m wide outer and up to 3 km wide inner series of foredunes, then up to 9 km of salt flats. The Onslow Road crosses the rear foredune ridges.
Beach Length: 7.8km
