Beach WA 1975 is a 200 m long pocket of high tide sand wedged between low red calcarenite bluffs. The bluff and beach are backed by a 10 m high semi-stable foredune, while the beach is fronted by 500 m wide rock flats, with some veneers of sand, grading into a tidal channel that parallels the three beaches.
