Beach WA 1998 lies 500 m to the south and is a straight 600 m long north-facing sandy beach backed by a 20-25 m high scarped white, then orange, sandy foredune. It is bordered by low calcarenite bluffs and rocks, including the eastern Cliff Point, and fronted by flat featureless 1 km wide sand flats.
