Beach K 153 is located 2 km east of the point and consists of two 30 m and 40 m long west-facing pockets of high tide sand. The sand widens at low tide and is backed by a 1 m high grassy foredune. Directly opposite, 300 m to the west is beach K 154, a narrow 50 m long strip of sand at the mouth of a small valley. It is backed by a 1 m high grassy foredune and fronted by 200 m wide reef flats.
