WA 122 lies between the granite outcrop and a 20 m high dome of granite that is tied to the shore by a tombolo formed by the ends of beaches WA 122 and 123. The beach is only 250 m long and curves round to the lee of the outcrop where it faces east. Waves decreases slightly towards the tombolo, however the eastern rocks and a smaller central outcrop in the surf maintain a strong permanent rip draining out the eastern end of the beach, with a small rip against the western outcrop. Beaches WA 119-122 are all backed by some minor foredune instability, including a few blowouts extending up to 300 m inland. Vegetated transgressive dunes then extend up to 9 km inland and to heights of 60 m.
Beach Length: 0.25km
