Singleton beach (WA 793C) extends north for 2.5 km. Waves continue to increase slightly averaging over 1 m and maintaining a continuous 50 m wide bar, usually cut by beach rips every 200 m. These conditions can produce a range of beach breaks. The beach is backed by a 150 m wide fenced foredune, with four car parks in the reserve, then a road and the subdivision.
