WA 102 is a 150 m long pocket beach located between the two eastern fingers of the point (Fig. 4.26). The beach faces south, but receives waves lowered to less than 1 m, which maintain a narrow bar. Rocks occupy part of the intertidal zone, and at high tide there is a rock pool formed on the eastern half of the beach. It is partly surrounded by the granite rocks and backed by 20 m high partly scarped foredune.
