Beach WA 191 extends from the cuspate foreland for 400 m to the west where it is bordered by scarped 60 m high calcarenite bluffs fronted by a rock platform. Waves average over 1.5 m and reach the central-western part of the beach, where they maintain a strong permanent rip that drains eastward along the beach to the exit against the reef off the foreland. The beach is backed by calcarenite bluffs decreasing in height to the east and a 700 m long blufftop blowout. Vegetated blufftop dunes extend anther 1-3 km to the western shores of Stokes Inlet.
