Beach WA 207 is a slightly curving, south-facing 5.5 km long beach that extends from the western side of Pincer Point to a 500 m long outcrop of metasedimentary rocks. The beach is well exposed to southerly waves, which average about 2 m and maintain a 250 m wide rip dominated surf zone, with up to 15 beach rips spread along the beach, together with two permanent boundary rips (Fig. 4.57). It is backed by three blowouts in the east, the largest extending 1.5 km inland, and a moderately active foredune to the west. The dunes are transgressing over vegetated dunes 500 m wide in the west, widening to 2 km in the east.
