Beach WA 93 is a curving 2.3 km long, south-facing beach, bounded by the rocks of beach WA 92 and 30 m high granite domed headland to the west. This headland is the southern extension of Alexander Hill, which lies 2 km to the north. The beach receives increasing protection from the offshore islands, with waves dropping to about 1 m. These maintain a narrow continuous bar, grading to reflective conditions following periods of low waves, with rips only present during and following periods of higher waves. It is backed by a 1 km wide area of dune instability in the east, bounded by a small blocked creek, then dense coastal heath in the centre, and steeply sloping, partly vegetated granite slopes to the west.
