Beach WA 139 is located 2 km north of Cape Le Grande and is a slightly curving, 600 m long south-facing beach. It receives however only low waves owing to the protection of inshore islands. Waves average between 0.5-1 m and break across a continuous narrow bar, with seagrass growing to within 50 m of the shore and some debris on the beach. It is backed by an active 150 m long blowout in the west, and dune-draped granite to the east, with steep granite slopes to either side (Fig. 4.35).
Beach Length: 0.6km
