Beach WA 164 is located 500 m southwest of Plumpudding Beach and is a 200 m long strip of high tide sand fronted by continuous intertidal rocks and rock flats. Waves average 1.5 m and break across the rocks to feed a permanent rip at the western end. It is bordered by a 100 m wide rock platform and backed by steep vegetated clifftop dunes, with a vehicle track winding through the dunes. Continuous rock platforms continue to beach WA 165.
