Blue Haven beach (WA 154) is as the name suggests is a little more protected than its neighbours. It commences on the western side of Chapmans Point and curves round to the southwest, then south for 1.4 km to a 50 m high granite headland. Its curvature and orientation results in waves averaging 1 m or less along the beach, and a continuous bar dominating the narrow surf zone, with beachrock paralleling the rear of the beach. The beach is backed by steep 20-30 m high vegetated bluffs, with the only access at the western end. The western corner is clear of beachrock and provides the best location for swimming.
