Beach WA 1909, is a 50 m long pocket of sand wedged in between mangrove-lined calcarenite shoreline at the eastern entrance to the tidal channel. It faces southwest across the creek mouth to beach WA 1908. A vehicle track across the sand flats reaches the beach, which is used for launching small fishing boats.
