Beaches WA 1911 and 1912 are two adjoining beaches located at the northwestern tip of the island. Beach WA 1911 is a 200 m long strip of high tide sand bordered by the calcarenite point to the west and a small outcrop to the east. Beach WA 1912 continues east of the outcrop of another 300 m to the next intertidal calcarenite point. Both beaches faces northwest into the wind waves and are backed by a 50 m wide unstable foredune, then the vegetated inner core of the island which extends 3 km to the south. Vehicle tracks reach both beaches and points.
