Beach WA 808 commences on the eastern side of the causeway and curves to the east for 1.7 km to two adjacent boat ramps. The entire beach faces north and has seagrass meadows growing to the shore, with waves usually low to calm. A foreshore reserve back the beach, which contains a yacht club with jetty and launching facilities with boats moored off the beach in the west. Some holiday camps are located behind the central section, and a road and houses back the eastern end of the beach.
