Beach K 1101 lies on the western tip of the cape. The 250 m long beach faces northwest and has infilled a 300 m deep embayment with a series of low grassy beach ridges. It is fronted by 50 m wide sand flats, then 500 m of reef flats. The low cape and surrounding rock flats and reefs, form the northern boundary of the beach.
