Beach K 946 is located toward the northern end of the rocky shore. It is a 250 m long sand beach that blocks a small joint-controlled creek. It is bounded by 10 m high sandstone points with some rocks also outcropping on the beach. The small creek periodically drains across the southern end of the beach and has a small lagoon and patch of mangroves, with a low grassy foredune and bedrock backing the central to northern part of the beach. It is fronted by intertidal sand flats.
