Port Harding beach (WA 426) commences at the foreland and curves to the southwest, then south for 1.6 km to a small rock outcrop. Wave height averages about 1 m slowly decreasing down the beach. The waves break across a continuous 20 m wide low tide terrace. A small creek, feed by a drainage system, crosses the beach just south of the foreland adjacent to the car park, while a low vegetated foredune backs the beach. The Cosy Corner Road terminates that the southern end of the beach
