Beach WA 622 commences on the northern side of Skippy Rock and trends north for 800 m to a 20 m high, 100 m long section of slightly protruding calcarenite. Wave height increases from about 1 m at the rock to about to 1.5 m at the northern end, with the beach initially reflective grading into a low tide terrace in the north, with a permanent rip against the point. The rocky point and beach is initially backed by a deflated dune surface, then vegetated calcarenite bluffs rising to 40 m, with rising vegetated slopes behind. The beach can be accessed from the Skippy Rock car park.
