Beaches WA 692 and 693 lie to the south of the road. Beach WA 692 is a 30 m pocket of high tide sand fronted by a continuous granulite platform and rocks, with waves breaking up to 100 m offshore over rocky reefs. It is backed by steeply rising 50 m high vegetated bluffs. Beach WA 693 commences 50 m to the north and is a 200 m long southwest-facing beach, fronted by a 150 m wide surf zone, which is a mixture of rocks and sand. It is bordered by irregular granulite points, and backed by an active dune system, which is ramped up against the backing 50 m high bluffs.
