Beach WA 709 is located at the mouth of Wyadup Brook and is a curving 100 m long north-facing boulder beach, contained in a small protected north-facing rocky embayment backed by the small valley carved by the brook. There is a patch of sand on the beach and a veneer of sand dune draping either side of the small valley, with cleared farm land behind. A spur off the Cape Clairault Road runs out to the western point overlooking the beach.
