Beach WA 515 lies at the base of a 400 m deep, V-shaped gap on the southern tip of the headland. The gap narrows to 50 m with the 30 m long beach located at the very end. It consists of a patch of high tide sand, fronted by more than 50 m of intertidal rocks, then the deeper water of the rock-lined gap. Waves are lowered too less than 1 m at the beach, however the rocks make landing at the beach difficult.
