Beach WA 445 commences immediately west of Point Walton, with steep, vegetated 100 m high slopes backing the beach. Rock debris litters the eastern half, while beachrock reefs dominate the surf zone. Waves averaging up to 2 m break across a 200 m wide sand and reef surf zone, with a strong permanent rip existing towards the western end of the beach. There is no vehicle access to the beach, with foot access only along the shore from beach WA 447.
