Beach WA 443 commences 100 m to the west and is a curving, double crenulate 2 km long beach. It is attached to a beachrock reef and calcarenite headland in the east, with a smaller reef inducing a central foreland, then sand extending to the variable mouth of Wilson Inlet in the west, where the beach curves round to face southeast as a bare sand spit. Usually 4-5 large beach rips dominate the 150-200 m wide surf zone. Two active blowouts and vegetated longwalled parabolics back the beach and extend up to 2.5 km northeast to Wilson Inlet.
Beach Length: 2km
