Waterfall beach (WA 452) lies immediately to the west. It consists of a 150 m long beach formed in lee of the western granite reef to which it attaches at low tide. A creek flows down over Pleistocene coffeerock to form a small waterfall, which flows out across the centre of the beach. To the east of the reef the beach has lower waves and is reflective, while to the west it is more exposed with waves breaking into a 50 m wide, 100 m deep bedrock channel, which is drained by a strong permanent rip.
The eastern side of Edwards Point extends northeast for 1.5 km to Lights Beach. The generally low shoreline is dominated by numerous outcrops of rounded granite boulders both at the shore and off the beaches, where they form reefs and small islets. A gravel road off the Williams Bay Road runs out to Lights Beach and Madfish Bay both popular locations for picnicking, swimming and fishing.
