Mazzoletti Beach consists of two parts (WA 463 & 464). Beach WA 463 occupies the eastern 700 m of the beach and is a curving, south-facing, moderately exposed beach. It is tied to low granite rocks that separate it from Green Pool in the east and a sandy cuspate foreland formed in lee of granite reefs in the west. Rocks and reefs also lie off and along parts of the beach and lower waves to about 1.5 m at the shore. The waves maintain a 70 m wide surf zone, dominated by three permanent reef-controlled rips. As the waves pick up so does the surf, with reef, then beach breaks extending west to Parry Inlet. There is no formal access to the beach, though these is at least one 4WD track across the backing dunes to the shore.
Beach Length: 0.7km
