Beach WA 311 is located on the southern side of Point Henry and consists of a 70 m long, pocket boulder beach, located at the base of a steep narrow valley. An equally steep 4WD track descend the side of the valley to a small turning area just above the beach.
Dillon Bay is a U-shaped south-facing 5 km deep bay bordered by Point Henry to the east and Cape Knob to the west. The bay entrance is 6 km wide and contains 17 km of shoreline, including 10 beaches, which occupy 10 km of the shore, the remainder composed of steeply sloping granite and gneiss. Three kilometres of the shoreline and backing dunes are part of the Fitzgerald River National Park. Apart from some 4WD access tracks and a couple of shacks there is no development in the bay.
