Beach WA 542 is the most substantial of the four beaches. It extends for 1.7 km to terminate at the base of the western point. Beachrock reef fronts the eastern section of the beach then trends seaward, lying 50 m off the western end. The backing channel feeds a permanent rip that drains out through a gap between the end of the reef and the point. The beach is also backed by vegetated 100 m high cliffs as well as some fresh rock falls, which in places cut the beach.
Beach Length: 1.7km
