Beach WA 559 continues west for 450 m to a more prominent 200 m long calcarenite point. It is a narrow high tide beach backed by 40-50 m high bluffs, and fronted by beachrock platform-reef varying from 50-100 in width, together with scattered rocks and reefs. Waves break across an irregular 200 m wide surf zone, with low waves at the shore.
