Beach WA 558 is a 200 m long patch of high tide sand, separated by rocks falls from beach WA 557. It is fronted by a 100 m wide beachrock platform, which lowers waves at the shore, permitting the beach to widen to about 50 m. It is backed by 40 m high bluffs, which protrudes seaward at the western end as a narrow sloping point, which separates it from beach WA 559.
