Beach WA 288 commences on the southern side of the rocks and continues south for 1.8 km to a low rocky outcrop on the southern side of the inlet mouth. The beach faces east-southeast and waves decrease from 1.5 m in the north to about 1 m at the rocks. These maintain a low gradient 70 m wide rip dominated surf zone, backed by a foredune abutting sloping vegetated bedrock, then the usually blocked inlet mouth. Vehicle tracks from Point Ann reach the southern side of the inlet and overlook the beach.
Beach Length: 1.8km
